Ayurveda helps us to understand our inner nature, as well as the nature of others. We understand what we can affect and what we can not, and this perspective takes a lof off our shoulders. A deep part of practicing yoga is the ability to trust that you are held by life itself. So if Ayurveda offers a remedy on what can be every-day struggles, Ishvaripranidan helps that last part of spiritual surrender. Together, they offer a deeper sense of peace and trust in life. An incredible amount of energy can be saved when we learn how to trust the natural currents of life. But how can shift perspective from feeling overwhelmed by life, lack of control, insecure in our relationships or the feeling that all problems are ours to solve, into release, lightness and a deeper trust? Govind will explain this wide topic from the science of Ayurveda. Beginning by explaining the fundamentals of nature, being the base for different tendencies and personalities, then moving into what we need to know to really invite the habit of real surrender, known as the Ishvaripranidan.
This is a perfect workshop for you who at times ponder upon conflicts, sometimes feel like you are not good enough, can experiende insecurity in realtionships, want to improve as a parent, colleague or lover, feels stuck or overwhelmed by responsibility, or feel fear of injuries or death.
If you want to shift into more lightness around life, join the workshop. The talks will be varied with a physical practice as well as a meditation practice. There will be time for questions, but if you would like personal advice we suggest you book an individual session with Govind.
Govind’s mission is to share awareness about the deeper paths of yoga and to exemplify that practising yoga and meditation with the right attitude, wisdom and awareness will make you enter deeper states of consciousness. Govind is an Indian yoga master who has taught spiritual yoga and meditation in India and Europe since his spiritual awakening as a teenager. He is known for his compassionate way of sharing spiritual knowledge from the ancient Indian path of yoga. Govind is known for mixing his life wisdom with humour and for bridging the cultural differences between east and west.
You can also take part in the workshop online. You will get a link to a website to which we will live-stream the workshop from the studio. This means that you will unfortunately not be able to communicate with Govind or the other students during the workshop, and that you will only hear what is said through Govind's microphone.
