WORKSHOP
In this workshop, we will look at how to build a foundation for the following postures: Headstand, Crow and Handstand. Balances like these might evoke feelings of uncertainty or exhilaration, and we will work on how to remain calm and present, so we can enjoy them with ease.
One might think that these postures are all about arm and upper body strength, but with the right usage of breath and bandhas and core strength, they are accessible with less effort. These techniques are usable in all your asanas and will take your overall yoga practice to new levels - for sure. You are most welcome!

ALEXANDRA BORN is an experienced Jivamukti Yoga teacher and very appreciated at Little Peace. A Romanian-German with a passion for France and a love for the Swedish countryside. Alex teaches with great knowledge in anatomy sprinkled with warmth and a good laugh.
