YOGA CHALLENGE 4 WEEKS
With our yoga challenge, you get the opportunity to dive deep into Vinyasa and Hathayoga and see the effects of a regular practice. Your challenge (or treat, depending on how you look at it) is to attend:
3 dynamic classes per week for 4 weeks (1/9-27/9)
HATHA Monday 17.30-19.00
VINYASA Wednesday 17.30-19.00
VINYASA Saturday 10.00-11.30
You will receive a recorded guided breathing exercise and 10-minute meditation to do every morning and evening.
You will receive a compendium of simple dietary advice to get a deeper effect from the practice.
You can adjust your diet to these as much as you like.

This is for those of you who want to get started with physical training after the summer, or want to get a kick-start with yoga after a break. Maybe you bring your colleagues or friends and do this together? It is an excellent complement to running and strength training, but also works as a full-body workout in itself. Everyone works based on their own level in the yoga classes and the teacher helps you with technique and adjustments.
If you miss a class, there is the opportunity to make it up at another time during the month of September. There is also the opportunity to participate in the classes online, but we recommend that you come to the studio for class.
