GUY PRANAYAMA.jpg

Your breath is your most accessible and powerful tool for transforming health, focus, and emotional balance. Rooted in the ancient tradition of yoga, pranayama offers a direct path toward clarity, vitality, and deeper self awareness.

IN THIS COURSE you will learn how to breathe efficiently and optimally using principles drawn from yoga, holistic health, and free diving. We begin with the foundations, understanding the mechanics of respiration and releasing physical tension that restricts the breath, before moving into classical pranayama techniques. Each method is taught progressively, giving you practical tools to strengthen resilience, cultivate presence, and deepen your own practice.

Alongside practical sessions, we explore the historical roots of breath practice in yoga and the science behind how breathing influences the nervous system and overall wellbeing. In a time when “breathwork” has become a popular trend, this course offers a grounded and informed approach, focusing on methods that are safe, sustainable, and genuinely transformative.

You will leave this course with a structured personal practice, and the confidence to continue developing it independently.

Please save your dinner for after the class, since Pranayama and Breathwork is ideally practices on an empty stomach.
