HEALING THE MASCULINE & FEMININE WITHIN YOU

- A workshop for balanced living with Govind Radhakrishnan

All of us carry two different types of energies — the masculine and the feminine. They are not to be confused with what we know as male and female, but are two primal and complimentary forces of nature: doing and being, structure and flow, action and receptivity. When these two energies are in harmony, we experience clarity, creativity, connection and peace in our lives. But when they are out of balance we feel it — as emotional tension, inner conflict, exhaustion, disconnection or repeating life patterns. 

THIS UNIQUE WORKSHOP offers a space to recognize, heal, and integrate both the unbalanced masculine and feminine within you — through theory, direct inner experience, guided by tools from yogic psychology, contemplative meditation, and simple body-based practices. 

​The Unbalanced Masculine expresses itself as control, overthinking, aggression, over-responsibility, fear of feeling. The Unbalanced Feminine expresses itself through chaos, emotional overwhelm, confusion, fatigue, passivity and seeking approval.

However, the Balanced Masculine comes in form of presence, direction, awareness, healthy boundaries, stillness and the balanced female as good intuition, flow, nurturing, trust, inner wisdom. You will this weekend learn to see imbalances and how to heal them.  How to listen to the inner imbalance of yourself and others — and how to realign using simple, embodied tools.

Simple practices from yogic psychology & Tantra to recognize inner patterns Physical and contemplative exercises that awaken your inner masculine and feminine Space to reflect, feel, release, and integrate A supportive, grounded atmosphere — no previous experience needed

 

WHO IS THIS FOR? This is for anyone who longs to live in deeper balance, regardless of background. You don’t need to be a yoga practitioner or spiritual seeker. Just come with an open heart. This space welcomes all genders, all bodies, and all experiences. Whether you feel too much or feel disconnected… whether you are tired of always doing or unsure how to act… this workshop offers you a path back to your center.

ABOUT GOVIND. Govind is born and raised in India. His spiritual journey has been guided by several masters from Himalaya to Trivandrum. He speaks from a place of deep experience, when he relates traditional yogic philosophy and practices. He focuses on yoga as a tailormade practice designed to fit your individual needs and personality. Govind is both easy-going and deeply present at the same time, and his teachings are full of wisdom, science and laughs. 


You can also take part in the workshop online. We use Zoom to live-stream classes, and you will get a link to a meeting beforehand. Govind will be using a microphone, meaning you will unfortunately not hear what other participants are sharing in the room.
